    There is a bit of basket weave figure in the stock. The forearm is 2.25" x 3.25" x 14" and the stock is 2.5" thick and 20" long. There is a nail hole in the bottom of the stock. I do not think it will present a problem. The stain will add an interesting black mark. It was cut in 2009 and is dry.
